When will my order be shipped?
Items in stock at our store are generally shipped the same business day. Some products are made to order or stocked off-site and may take 2–14 days to be dispatched.
If you select Express Post, your order will be sent via express delivery once all items are ready for dispatch. Express Post does not speed up product availability.
We will contact you if any items are on backorder or cannot be supplied within the expected timeframe.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and dispatch times or note on your order in the comments section.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed or stock transfers have commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible and fees may apply.
How much does return shipping cost?
We offer return shipping for a maximum flat fee of $18 for eligible returns and exchanges. Smaller items may be returned using standard postage at a lower cost. Simply contact our friendly team and we'll help you arrange the most suitable return shipping option.
